Intellectual Property Ownership

The NeuroDream website and its entire original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by neurodream.app, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User Content Rights

As stated in our Terms of Service, you retain ownership of the dream journals and personal content you create on NeuroDream. We do not claim copyright over your personal dream records.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If any individual or entity believes that any content on NeuroDream infringes upon their copyright, please submit a written notification to us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

The notification must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site (sufficient for us to locate the material).
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Trademarks

The NeuroDream name, the NeuroDream logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of neurodream.app or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

License and Access

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, NeuroDream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal use of the Service. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents; any derivative use of the Service or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
